The Aksimentiev Group

Protein sequencing is an unsolved problem of significant importance in medicine and biology. I am interested in using computational models of nano-pores to identify amino acid sequences and glycosylation in proteins. I am a Master's student in the Materials Science and Engineering department. I obtained my Bachelor's in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar. Apart from science, I enjoy writing novels, short stories and science blog posts.
